When i have a debug EBOOT installed it doesn't let me connect with TMAPI but with CEX it does even though it's debugged. Does anyone know why this happens? or how to get DEX working on the game? This also happens with GTA V.... Thanks!

What firmware are you on? If this happens with multiple games then it is most probably an api/setting issue
