There's only one way to do it. And that's through "doulci". They're making a software to get passed it but i think it's only for ios 7.1.1 but so far their server status is offline and the software is 92.4% complete. You can go to their website and follow them on twitter for updates.

Jailbreaking fixes this issue but from what I can gather it's not your phone:..

I've heard of ways of using iFunbox to bypass this but I've never had to try it. Worth a look into though.
