(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I plan on getting a Macbook, but at the same time I want to wait and get the new Macbook Pro. I wonder what the difference is between a regular macbook and the pro, and whether it's useful for heavy applications, like graphic designing, video editing, programming, fast speed, ect.*

Right now the MacBook is offering free Wireless Beats Solo2 and student discount on the price. Is it worth the price to get the macbook? Or shall I wait for the new MBP? My maximum budget is $2000.

Keep it MeLLo
id wait for the new Pro, with it being a redesign kinda with the OLED touch pad across the top of the keyboard with 4. USB C ports from leaks, Pro can handle heavy editing even the little Macbook hand handle 4k editing and exporting super fast. You never see a PC used for editing heavy shit its always a Mac, Had my Air since 2013 id never buy a Windows laptop/PC unless i wanted a Gaming PC

I'd wait, you'll kick yourself if you got one now then the new ones come out.

Get a retina Macbook Pro and you wont go wrong at all.
