Not sure if someone would go through the trouble to make one for you. But you could just edit the eboot and set back the values to default on what you don't want.

I think i speak for all of the people that mod battlefield hardline in saying that we need a sprx menu just like the bf4rekt.sprx for bf4 only for BFH

We will have to wait, as all updates are aimed at BFH, meaning quicker updates can be made by the developers to patch such exploits. That is why some of the people who have found such exploits are not willing to share, which i know they sell these through private sales to make profit, and to benefit themselves, even now some exploits for BF4 are not released publicly.
