You'll be able to run it. Probably at good FPS. But not on top settings. But I don't think those are your specs if you got them off the site. Cause they said the same for me. Go to Start > Computer > System Properties to see your specs.

an stupid wireless keyboard and mouse that the keyboard sucks at typing

Runs crysis1-2 toghether on 60FPS
