I want an honest opinion. I dont want anyone just saying yes, please give me a few reasons why.

I asked some of my friends should I get it and they said they heard it was was fun. Then I asked another friend and he said it sucked and he was going to trade his copy in.

I realize me putting this in the BF3 section I will probably get more yes's but I want some reasoning behind it.

I like MAG which I think is sort of like BF3 and I also like MW3, so will I like BF3?

Please quote me with reasons why or why I shouldn't buy it and vote in the poll.

I think the game is fun. but i only enjoy it while playing with a full squad, and i don't think it's like MAG at all from when i played MAG couple years ago. Usually the people who say it suck are the ones with no money to buy it or are only call of duty players,but thats just my opinion.

The game is way better than MW2.5 in my Opinion. Everything you got in MW3 that was different from MW2 , like "some" new guns , "some" new Killstreaks and "some" new maps we get that everytime as a dlc every 3 months , no need to buy an entire game. Every 3 months on BF we get new Vehicles , new Guns , new Assignments , and NEW MAPS.

all in all BF is a better value but If you like a copy.paste Cod then go with MW3 and If you want a Good Cod go with Cod4/W@W.

I have cod4,5,6,7,8 ,BFBC2 ,BF3 and BFBC2 is my favorite FPS.

BF community is also more Mature a lil less now since we have gotten a lot of cod players . But you rarely see people trolling , camping , and all the childish things that come along with MW3 , people that have mics set to team usually PTFO and help each other out where as in COD all you hear is Racist remarks , lil infants screaming and try hards who ask you to 1v1 Q/S .

BF is a man's game

I doubt anyone's opinion can actually make you decide for yourself tbh, it wouldn't for me at least. Just watch some gameplays or something first. Either way you should get it, the whole experience trashes other FPS's (along with BFBC2)

I would totally buy this game. ive never ever played a Battlefield game before and i recently purchased it. i then played it and loved it. Its much better than call of duty as its more realistic although no game is real but some aspects are real. You dont need mods to do normal things that a warzone would usually have. E.g. tanks, choppers, jeeps and whatever else. + with the DLC's you dont just get maps you get a whole lot more. It also requires much more tactics than cod. ALl you do on cod is run around and shoot whatever you see.

Honestly this game is fun, I dont take it seriously, I play to have fun and this game has alot of fun. It is the only game I can go 0-15 and have the most fun I ever had on a video game, make sure you have friends that play it, you will not be disapointed

I think you should get it. In BF3 you can actually use vehicles instead or getting a kill streak to get them.
The maps are 5x bigger then every COD map.
Its just really fun and worth buying.

I would definitely buy it. Me personally, I love flying. The fact that they have fighter jets, CAS jets (B2K), attack helicopters, and transport helicopters is what sold the game for me. The weapons are more realistic than CoD and also offer more customization. Also teamwork is a big part in BF3. You can go lone wolf and you might win if your team is playing the objective, but if your entire team is going lone wolf you will lose. BF3 tends to favor more competitive players now, especially since they implemented the new match feature but you can still join a public game and have a blast with your friends. (or make new ones) Also, THERE IS WAY LESS LAG! This was the first thing I noticed when I switched from CoD to BF3. Because BF3 uses servers and not hosts, everyone has a close to equal connection. My top 5 reasons for getting BF3.
