redadski and i were attempting to explore that, but it seems almost impossible to get even on the same floor as the welder. If we were able to get on the same level I think a simple wall breach would be all that is needed to enter the room.

I just stopped tryin with rootk1ll an we tryed wallbreaching almost every spot but when we got in there we get pushed out again so its safe to say its near to freakin impossible to get in there BUTTTT!! is you do the invisible heli glitch you can explore what ever room or corner u want in that building.
Im amazed that no1 went in there before.
It does look like a guy siting in a chair holding a joysticky playin bf3 on a big a$$ screen with a ps3 offcourse thats on the table below the tv.

Still can't believe I got kicked on 85 for 4 on metro

When I was flying the MAV around that flashing area, I could clip through the wall and look around. The inside of this building looks empty in that location, no floors to stand on... The construction section of the adjacent building is a copy and also has the flashing section.

1.) So if this was an Easter Egg, there should only be 1 correct?
2.) If the DEVs intended for this to be found, they would have made it accessible without using glitching methods.

My best guess, when they were designing the building they just wanted to add some realism to it.
