If I bought the shortcuts will it give me them? Or are they releasing new shortcuts..

Not sure about that, and you bought the shortcuts? I wouldn't bother it's a waste of money, you can get the upgrades easily anyway.
But that's you're choice anyway, I'd say new shortcuts for new vehicles ( Tank Destroyers ) :p

Just like lights said. You gotta use the vehicles and unlock the unlocks for them... Idk about the shortcuts. I personally wouldn't have bought them but to each his/her own.

I wonder whats the other gadgets are for the ones already in the game.
