I put in an anti-ban eboot, started up black ops two, signed in, clicked on play online and in like a second or two I crashed. I thought this was just my ps3 being autistic but I tried it again and it did the same thing, I pull up target manager and it shows that the eboot crashed me and then I switched it with one from here, same problem, I tried it at my friends house, worked perfectly fine.

Load your game offline first then sign in after wait like 15 seconds then click play online. Also are you installing the eboot correctly?
