Try to do it through the XMB (disc). If that doesn't work, try updating through Multiman.

i copied the dis into multiman but when i go to filezilla i dont know witch one it is..... can tou help me ? like through teamviewer?

What region is it? It is most likely BLES01717 or BLUS31011.
