It's a known issue that's been happening for a few days now and unfortunately there's not much you can do about it. You just gotta be lucky and hope it lets you connect and stay connected.

I have a fix for this I was having the same issue you need to go to your network settings and change the primary dns to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary dns to 8.8.4.4 and you will no longer have this issue I try this on others that could not connect and it work just like normal and I'm on cfw so I promise it works on there aswell
