Okay, so Im not entirely sure what you are asking but normal GSCs are loaded into memory from the fast files stored on your ps3 hard drive.

Your custom GSCs that you inject are loaded into memory directly, which you can pull from memory as seen here:

Now I dont know what you mean by "File manager of BO2". If you mean where are the files located on your HDD, its going to be devhdd0/game/{regioncode}/USRDIR.

The files are mainly fast files, ipack files, and sabs files, which you dont want to mess with since the game verifies that those files are unchanged unless you patch your eboot.
