I just succesfully loaded cooljays into a .CFG file
make sure you put cooljays _rank.gsc into the tmp section of your ps3 where the rest of your mod menu loaders gsc's are (to avoid possible errors i renamed his _rank.gsc to COOLJAYS.gsc for peace of mind
and then in the .cfg the target path name should be how u renamed cooljays _rank.gsc.

heres how i set mine up:
GSC_MODS_21_NAME [COOLJAYS ZOMBIELAND]
GSC_MODS_21_DESC [Not Overpowered Zombieland by CoolJay]
GSC_MODS_21_OVERIDE_PATH_1 [maps/mp/gametypes/_rank.gsc]
GSC_MODS_21_FILE_PATH_1 [/dev_hdd0/tmp/BO2_GSC_INJECTOR/COOLJAYS.gsc]

Oh and in cooljays download you only need to use he compiled folder dont worry about the gsc's before that folder
