Problem Solved, it was their fault. i knew it.
After waiting a month, we finally can access the online parts of the game. To be honest, the game wasnt good on multiplayer.

But anyway I think it has to do with the server regions I think some are up and some are not up yet.

im from Australia, all my friends are online playing , apart from just 3 of us( we keep getn that error msg and we live close to each other, plus me friend and his little brother have 2 ps3's but only 1 of them is connecting to black ops!)
