The servers are currently down and have been for over 12 hours. The new WWII is currently a priority, so it might be sometime before the servers will be up and running again. I believe MW2 still works online though.

for nuketown i suggest deleting game data and downloading it again, this should put nuketown back on your maps, if not find the pkgs for dlc maps and nuketown should be among them make sure to download the one relating to your copy (blus or bles)
