Its because the tool/menu doesn't work properly, try resetting stats and using a different tool, also unrelated but do people really pay for modded accounts anymore.

yea same thing happened to be back in 2014. its still like it now theres no way around it other than start from level 1, then set level 15 then go online match back out then set level 30, go online match then back out and keep going up 15 levels at a time till u hit 55
u can do any prestige and unlock all but its the levels that kick u out. so go up 15 levels at a time.
