I am getting error saying," The copyright protection information is invalid (80029513)". It is suggesting me to activate the game through psn store but since i downloaded it from the web instead of psn store I cant do the suggested method. Can anyone help me with the problem?

You can convert it. I forgot the step but there was forum in GTA 5 section which showed how to convert from BLUS to BLES. So i am pretty sure its the same steps for the black ops 3 as well.
