I've tries deleting and reinstalling but no change. Any help?

Yes. 009 error occurs when you're trying to play a game that requires higher fw than the one you're on. Henceforth you need to use PSNPatch or Multiman to patch the game down to 4.46 fw

I'm gonna download PSN patch now. Is it hard to do or is there an option that tells you what you need to do?
