Step-By-Step
1. Start BO3 and go into multiplayer and connect a 2nd controller (C2) and ensure C1 is the account you want the hero on.
2. Close BO3 and go to settings, network and untick internet.
3. Go back to BO3 and press multiplayer and you will get in a local connect C2 and start game with C1.
4. As game begins hold PS and reconnect to the internet and then head back to BO3 and wait game to start.
5. Once game begins hold PS and go friends and join session of a friends thats in a lobby you will be kick from game.
6. After kick wait a menu for around 3 seconds and then press X on C1 to enter multiplayer and a welcome to black ops 3 will appear.
7. Wait at that screen till you join your friend once in the lobby leave and reconnect C2.
8. With C2 go to create a class and wait their with C1 go to specialist and locate the one you want hero and press TRIANGLE to personalize.
9. Press TRIANGLE and join your friend once again.
10. Now with C2 press CIRCLE to remove the create a class. And with C1 choose which part of hero you want first and hover over it.
11. Till friend to go to zombies menu and then with C2 press the part and hero will be unlocked hover over DO NOT PRESS IT!!!!!.
12. Now once again tell friend to now go back to multiplayer and once back you then can press X with C1 and the you have hero.
Just repeat the last few steps to get the rest .
