How do i get on bo3 with rebug 4.70 cex

im not to sure i use 4.75 rebug cobra mix dex and just try the game with 1.02 update installed and should work i used my dvd and copied it

Go into rebug toolbox> second to last tab then last opition press x and select (CEX)

I figured it out all i did was update bo3 and multiman to 4.76

What does it do?
