Firstly you get what you paid for. In these cases nothing.
But you better believe that 95% of these free services where they log onto your account. They are going through your DL list; Meaning they are stealing from you. If sony sees to many PS3 active they "Can" ban your account. (I had one done that way because I had 4 PS3 active.)

Just saying. If you are going to do a free service make sure they are trustworthy. Or better off buying it to be safer. They are going through your DL and stealing gameshares so it really isn't free.
