Why is it so much easier to mod at xbox that ps3???

The difficulty on xbox is not comparable to this on playstation 3

No you are completely wrong. Xbox is way easier to mod, its just a lot more difficult to get the mods online.

Hey im trying to install this mod called Gr3Zz v3
for zombies and then i go to my ps3 i get an Error saying (80010017) How do i fix that
and im on Rogero 4.46 CFW and Bless is BLES01031
and the Black ops verson is (1.13)
What do i do please help me
