Its a feature that allows you to see ppl with red boxes. One of the perks in the game disables red box if that enemy has that perk enabled.

Just got around to testing this, the rank still doesn't work for me. I set it to anything and it still doesn't do anything. I basically use one RTM to get me to rank 50 and yours to do the rest.

Sigh my rank works perfectly. It goes by Xp everything works on this tool.

That explains it. So setting 50 xp isn't doing anything lol. What is that XP to set for level 50? This much - 1202800?
