Okay man. I'm no noob to modding as i've been doing it for almost 2 years and have all the best tools and menus money can buy so i know how to open and run tools so i'll try it again when it's been re-uploaded.

Honestly i don't know why either, i've used some of your stuff before with no issues so i don't know why this isn't opening, tried re downloading it again and it still won't open so i'll try it again once it's been re-uploaded.
