for the host it doesnt stick, atleast we dont know a method to get it sticking for the host, now try to get a friend on that account and host it for him so he can get 15th prestige and then give it back to you

There is an XP limit, if you get more than 65k XP in one game it won't stick.

So its not gonna stay on my account? Is there anyway at all for it to stay on my account apart from someone else on my account?

Make sure after you leave the game, sign out & then sign back should work

If you are the guy hosting it after you leave the game you need to sign out & sign back.
