I know that you can place the Mod for zombies on BO1, without the need of Jailbreak on PS3 BUT you have to be offline;
What if I want to play with friends and use the mods?
A private Lobby or Custom Games;
Will I get banned?
Just wanted to make sure if I did or not.

You have to play split screen and don't sign in before you start the match.

What if I want to be play with a friend but isn't NEXT to me; like my friend I keep in touch with in Jersey, and I live in New York. We always play online together. Be pretty cool to play with him on a private lobby or something

You'll have a jailbroken PS3 to play USB mods online. Or data transfer from CFW with the patch.ff on it to your OFW.
