cant play online just offline

When u start up and at the main menu to select continue game, start new etc; press the touchpad down (PS4) or select button (PS3) then select online public

a problem accured while changing network option your game is now in offline mode , i have ps3 cfw maybe i need eboot or somthing

Check n make sure your debug settings are set right
