2) Right click hit "Run as Admiistrator" (If on windows 7 just run and press start it should as if you would like to allow this program to connect to the server just press allow) when it ask to connect to the internet hit "allow"

2)Start up PS3 then go to setting>network setting>Internet>Custom>etc. once you see "use proxy" hit "yes" then enter what the patch blocker tells you
