There's no Perk 3, Perk 2 is always Stopping Power and Perk 1 is always Bando. You can only have one sniper per team, there's no sway on the snipers and they zoom in faster, but when you shoot they zoom back out for the bolt action.
There's no automatic snipers, LMGs, P90 or Skorpion. Some servers turn off grenades and most don't have Stun, only Smoke and Flash. They've also removed all mounted machine guns and taken out some fps lowering things like smoke from the tank on Backlot, and the smoke from a shotgun.
