Im defiantely using this patch from now on :O
Although some things are broken like:
Toggle DoHeart texts
50% of all Sounds in the Sound Menu
And some other minor things
Its still awesome.. One tip though..
Replace this REALISTIC aimbot code in your patch if youre not to busy.
You will surely get alot of attention as being the first to release The best Cod4 patch with the Most realistic aimbot in the world:
