When the countdown hits '0' press to join their party.
The screen should go like a normal public match, but you'll be on your own, and at the top it'll say Match beginning in 0, and your rank will be missing.
Also at the bottom will be the map in which you would be on if you carried on into the game.
So then hit 'O' to back out, then quickly find match and click on Boot Camp.
Remember you must be host or you'll get kicked out.

There is another way.. either be in a game or a lobby, get your friend to invite you but tell them to back out of there party (e.g main menu) before you press 'Yes to join', And it should just say 'Trying to join potential matches' or something like that.. while its says that, just press O then back out and your rank will have dissapeared..

Even if you do get in boot camp, you'll be kicked.
I got in using various ways ( The O and X method ) and the inviting method. I keep getting kicked. So no more noob grinding
