Yes just change the PARAM.SFO region and get a BLES EBOOT .

Use google lol And to make the PARAM.SFO BLES region open it up in HEX and change the BLUS code at the bottom to the BLES region code.

Is that it? We don't gotta rename the game like in GTAV in GAMES? Also how would we know if it's BLES?
