The only info I have is this:

On MW3 I was running an American version of the game which ran fine. But I was not able to install BLES (EU) DLC on the game until the region was changed. I assume this is the same issue vice verse for AW. So I would say no. But I am not sure on the linkage to game region or account for AW

It is like Geo says. It is Region locked. You'll need to purchase the Season Pass on an German PSN Account or you need to buy the US Version of the game and THEN the US Season Pass.
