Is anyone having instabans on PS3 yet?

I don't think that PS3 is getting many bans. Most of my friends have been playing/modding it since the leak was released. Hopefully Sledgehammer narrows down on most mods. Of course it will be fun, but hopefully nothing is released that could possibly ruin the game. I encourage everyone to purchase a PS4.
