If i log on to my account and I use my mod menu and force host and level up in a online game my level up won't save.
So if I turn off my Ps3 and go back on to bo2 my level is back to normal

Sounds like a personal issue to me.
Nah jk but this has nothing todo with the gsc menu so i suggest you play a full game of online getting kills and deaths so your rank sticks
