GSC Base by YouViolateMeControls
DPAD-Up = Open
DPAD-Down = Close (closes anywhere in the menu)
DPAD-Left = Cycle Menu Left
DPAD-Right = Cycle Menu Right
L1 = Scroll Up
R1 = Scroll Down
X = Select
Square = Exit Submenu
Known Bugs
The briefcase bomb disappears after clicking R1 too many times. (Can be easily removed)

Editing The Base
Adding a Menu
m = "Main"; //name of the menu
self add_menu(m, undefined, "^2Main Mods"); (menu, previous menu, menu title)
Adding an Option
self add_option(m, "Sub Menu 1", ::submenu, "Perks", "^2Sub Menu 1"); (menu, text, function, arg1, arg2)
Adding a SubMenu
m = "Perks";
self add_menu_alt(m, "Main", "^2Sub Menu 1"); (menu, previous menu, title)
Adding a SubMenu Option
self add_option_alt(m, "Option 1", ::test, "Arg1", "Arg2"); (menu, text, function, arg1, arg2)

I am not the creator of this menu base, nor do I take credit for the creation/development of it. The credits go to YouViolateMe for the creation with some major help from Shark.
