It does still ban accounts but from what i can tell it doesnt console ban, ive made like 8 accounts and gotten banned on them for BO2, if your worried about getting banned just use a anti-ban eboot

use antiban eboots, I haven't gotten a single account ban or cid ban in about 8months

It still gives account bans but if you use a antiban eboot or antiban in a tool you should be good to go.

Well, I don't have a computer that lets me download third party apps atm. So i can only use anti ban eboots. I wants to play on my main, But I'm afraid I will be banned from it.

It still bans accounts weather you are using an anti ban eboot or not. I always used an antiban eboot and still had 3 acc's get banned in the past 4months (last 1 occurred 2 weeks ago) 1 of them was only banned for 3 weeks from CoD servers but in a way that's still a ban. I havnt got banned from doing zombies tho, just mp.

Ever since the first Anti-Ban EBOOTs were released in 1.18 I have never been banned.

Is there a way to use GSC without a computer? I can only use SPRX stuff & it's really frustrating.
