Not yet...couldn't find any codes/offsets

I recommend to look up youtube tutorials so you can be followed through the steps. It will take a very long time to explain over ngu or skype for that matter.

If all you have done is slap some buttons and labels on a poorly designed form (imo) then you need to go back to the drawing board. Youtube Tutorials on C# and RTM Coding. Check the PS3 Modding Section also for help there instead of going down the spoon feeding route. Its going to take time but thats how it is.
