No not every eboot has those mods. Check out Requested Eboots in this thread: You must login or register to view this content.

no i have this eboot builder but when i do only anti-bann and load on MP i have redbock ... too i dont know what i can do

Try out Jewels custom made eboots. There are Antiban, Probation and Camo only eboots under "Requested EBOOT's": You must login or register to view this content.

If you want absolutely nothing, like a blank eboot. Just delete the game data utility and install the update again..
P.S. you're probably going to get banned without Anti-Ban

Make sure your overriding your current eboot with the one you want to install.
