Are you on Dex, Cause Dex eboot are region free also you can use any eboot as long that eboot has SPRX plugin to call whatever menu your trying to use

You can try B777x eboot You must login or register to view this content. i would recomend using it if you are on DEX but i think from memory it also comes in the form of CEX eboots
