Good luck with this. Most people will not be willing to do recoveries for free these days.

And if they are using public CID's then they are pretty rapidly becoming banned so it would most likely have to be someone with a private CID.

Good luck though hopefully you will find someone who is able to do this for you. I would but I don't have a private CID anymore.

I also think you need to be elite to request things like this but a mod would be able to verify this.
