Buying Season Pass gives you a $10 usd savings over the cost of 4 DLC drops throughout the year.

So the $50 usd you pay is literally for all Black Ops 2 DLC. So INCLUDED is the word not free. Free is like saying, "Buy a Big Mac meal and the drink is free at no additional charge."
