They haven't released patch notes yet but most likely they fixed a lot of things.

the dupe isnt a cod issue its a ps4 software issue as my friend has told me so ps4 would need an update to fix it but looks like they added anti-cheat so this worries me

It's not patched, also the xp lobby glitch ( Menu stack ) ain't patched yet.
