Yeah it is the game as I used NPEB and BLES, both had horrible connection so it might just be the game

Check your NAT settings. Your router may possibly be blocking some of the ports used by the game.

Im using BLES and theres alot of servers. Game works great, even the rtm tools works.

This post is a lie... Not being rude or anything but I play with other players that are in OFW and I am in CFW.
My point is you can play with OFW Users as well as CFW Users & Vice Versa.
The Black Ops 3 Servers are shit anyways for the ps3. They might need more time to fix all the issues with the servers.

I had the same problem when I was using NPEB and BLUS. I switched EBOOTs and everything worked perfectly hope this helps
