If u look at his Twitter it's just him trying to make everything sound supper technical and make it seem like he knows a lot. Then he twitted this. It was removed 5 seconds after. A dev at Treyarch probably told him to delete that one right away idk lol. If its worthless let me know.

Yeah i'm sure all the specialist stuff will make for some good non host mods. Can you imagine the Kinetic Armor and Active Camo specialists offsets? Thats basically non host god mode with invisibly!
