Last gen version looks like black ops 2 does it not? If black ops 2 was released on PS4/PS3 if we compared graphics we would have the same type of thing. Hopefully this motivates more people to get PS4/Xbox1 tho

The devs don't decide what console they feel like making it look better on it's to do with the hardware within the consoles which makes the difference and since XBOX 360 is the older console with older hardware the graphics, features etc. will be turned down in order to support an older platform and by these 2 screenshots you see that better hardware makes all the difference indeed.
