im curious how people are now supposed to get those. The range where you need to kill somebody is insane and the only viable way outside of that would maybe be playing hardcore.

Possible to do just little harder takes couple games and learning all the spots. Was forced to learn loads of lines of sights which gave you long shots due to this challenge. Following video shows off some of the spots I used, which is not that far. Only time I had to use hardcore was with the pistols due to having poor kill time at range.
