Its not a lag that's lasts a while, it happens in bursts like I would have four bars for several seconds and then get one bar and lag like shit for several seconds and back to four bars, etc. its really annoying since I like to play at night but now I can't enjoy playing the game. I even port forwarded my ps4 and still get this problem
