People were asking him what the map was and he said he had no idea what it was or how to unlock it. Someone suggested that it was unlocked through completing the campaign on veteran, but unfortunately it did not say how to unlock it within the game. Feel free to discuss on the topic and give ideas to what you believe the map is, or, even better, give some footage or more in depth insight into what the map is.

I watched the live stream also. Sounds like he will be on later today with more.

I hope so. And I am thinking he will be trying to beat the campaign on veteran to get that other zombies unlocked. But, who really knows how it is unlocked (prestige, campaign on veteran, getting to a certain level on the other two, etc.)
