If a debug .self is used with a BM, it can be edited freely without any hassle of decryption.
Here are some useful hex locations in t5mp_ps3f.self:

Open HxD and press Ctrl+F, change "Datatype" to Hex-values, and copy and paste and see the hexes!
Jump height, XP, Hardline killstreak amount, etc.
